Morocco Dispatches Its Representative to the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition

The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition announced the arrival of Morocco’s newly appointed representative, Officer Hassan Dakash, to the coalition’s headquarters.

Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, Secretary-General of the Islamic Coalition, stated that the arrival of Morocco’s representative to the coalition headquarters and his work alongside fellow representatives from coalition member states is a blessed step by the leadership of the Kingdom of Morocco. It reflects Morocco’s recognition of the necessity for international participation in efforts to combat terrorism and reject violent extremism.

He mentioned that the Kingdom of Morocco spares no effort in its fight against terrorism, making significant progress that has been praised by the international community. Morocco’s approach serves as a model for a comprehensive and multi-dimensional strategy to address this global threat, including its participation in international coalitions, the establishment of specialized training centers, and its comprehensive counter-terrorism strategy.

It is noteworthy that the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition comprises 42 member countries working together to coordinate, unify, and support intellectual, media, financial counter-terrorism efforts, and military operations with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness, in partnership with friendly nations and international organizations to combat terrorism.
