Professional sources have informed Elkhabariya Al-Maghrebia newspaper that fuel prices are expected to decrease starting next week. The price of diesel is expected to drop by about 30 cents per liter, settling around 12 dirhams.
As for gasoline, the price is expected to decrease by about 44 cents per liter, settling around 14 dirhams. This decline comes in the context of a slight improvement in international oil markets, positively impacting local prices.
These price changes will help ease the financial burden on Moroccans, especially given the current economic conditions and the start of the school year.
Citizens are anticipating further decreases that could enhance purchasing power and ease the cost of daily living.
