FIFA Shocks Former Cameroonian Star “Samuel Eto’o”

The disciplinary committee of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) decided today, Monday, to ban Samuel Eto’o, president of the Cameroonian Football Federation, from attending Cameroon national team matches for six months.

According to FIFA, Eto’o’s suspension is due to his failure to comply with Articles 13 and 14 of the association’s disciplinary regulations.

Article 13 pertains to offensive behavior and violations of the principles of fair play, while Article 14 relates to misconduct by players and officials.

The issue is related to the Round of 16 match of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup between Brazil and Cameroon, which took place on the 11th of this month in Bogotá, Colombia.
