Morocco and Grenada: A Shared Commitment to Deepen Bilateral Cooperation

Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, and Grenada’s Prime Minister, Dickon Mitchell, reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation during a meeting held on Thursday in Rabat. The two officials highlighted the investment opportunities offered by both countries.

In a joint statement adopted following their discussions, Bourita and Mitchell expressed their desire to deepen and enhance cooperation, particularly through the exchange of experiences and expertise in various fields of mutual interest.

On this occasion, the two parties signed a roadmap for cooperation for the 2025–2027 period, which will provide a structured and practical framework for cooperation activities. This roadmap focuses on key areas such as:

  • Academic and vocational training,
  • Technical cooperation,
  • Agriculture and food security,
  • Climate change.

The officials also emphasized the investment opportunities available in both countries and reiterated their determination to foster a dynamic economic partnership based on trade and investment.

At the conclusion of their discussions, the two ministers signed the joint statement, marking a new phase in bilateral relations between Morocco and Grenada.
