His Majesty the King Decorates Soufiane El Bakkali with the Order of the Throne, Commander Rank

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, received today, Wednesday, at the Royal Palace in Tetouan, the athlete Soufiane El Bakkali, who won the gold medal in the 3000 meters steeplechase at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

On this occasion, His Majesty decorated Soufiane El Bakkali with the Order of the Throne of the Commander rank.

This reception reflects the high attention His Majesty the King gives to the youth, especially the sports sector in its various disciplines.

This reception follows the historic achievement made by the Moroccan athlete during the recent Olympic Games, where he managed to retain his title for the second consecutive time.
