Elon Musk Questions the Reliability of American Voting Machines

American billionaire Elon Musk has expressed doubts about the reliability of voting machines used in the United States, stating that they are “untrustworthy and unreliable.”

In a post on his “X” account (formerly Twitter), Musk responded to reports about technical issues with some voting machines in Pennsylvania, saying, “Voting machines are highly unreliable.”

Earlier, CNN reported that voting hours had been extended in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, due to a software glitch in the voting machines, which prevented voters from scanning their ballots.

The U.S. presidential election is being held today, Tuesday, with the Democratic Party represented by the incumbent President Joe Biden and the Republican Party represented by former President Donald Trump. The outcome is expected to be decided in swing states, where neither party has a clear advantage. These states include Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina this year.
