Hammouchi Allocates Exceptional Support to 371 Security Employees to Combat Their Serious Illnesses

The General Directorate of National Security and Territorial Surveillance has, for years, been keen on allocating exceptional financial support to its employees who are facing serious illnesses themselves or have children suffering from such conditions. This initiative is part of a suite of social programs aimed at improving their living conditions. In this context, the Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdel Latif Hammouchi, decided to disburse exceptional financial support last Friday to benefit 371 recipients, with each receiving 20,000 dirhams. The aim is to cover part of the exorbitant treatment costs.

This decision followed a meticulous census supervised by the Health Affairs Inspectorate of National Security, based on the Director General’s instructions. The final list of eligible employees for this social assistance was determined. The process included both the employees themselves who are undergoing expensive treatments and some of their children who suffer from the same critical health conditions.

According to a security source, this initiative, which is granted annually, has seen a significant increase in the number of beneficiaries, rising from 269 last year to 371 this year. This increase reflects the continuous commitment of the General Directorate of National Security and Territorial Surveillance to expand support and accompany critical health cases in their plight.

This exceptional financial support reaffirms Abdel Latif Hammouchi’s special care for the families of National Security members. It aims to alleviate the financial burdens of treatment and ensure their psychological and social stability, enabling them to perform their professional duties optimally in service of the nation’s security and the safety of its citizens.
