Polish Company Clone Robotics Launches Advanced Full-Size Humanoid Robot “Clone Alpha”

Polish company “Clone Robotics” recently announced the launch of a new full-size humanoid robot named “Clone Alpha,” designed to accurately mimic human appearance and movement. This robot is distinguished by advanced technologies that enable it to move naturally, thanks to the use of artificial muscle fibers that closely resemble real muscles.

“Clone Alpha” operates by connecting these artificial muscles to its skeletal structure, which includes nearly all the bones of the human body with some minor modifications in bone joints. Artificial joints and ligaments have been designed to allow the robot to achieve 164 degrees of freedom in the upper torso, including detailed movements in the shoulders, spine, and arms.

The robot benefits from an artificial nervous system equipped with cameras, pressure sensors, and motion sensors, all connected to an advanced data processing unit. This system provides immediate feedback to sense postures and forces acting on the muscles, enabling the robot to quickly adapt to its surrounding environment.

Clone Robotics plans to begin limited production of “Clone Alpha” by 2025 and has already started accepting pre-orders for the first 279 units. This move is part of the company’s effort to emulate the strength and vital skills of living organisms, setting a new standard in the world of humanoid robots.
