The Wali of Souss-Massa added that this transfer movement is part of the transition from the traditional public service model to a model based on competence management, through the implementation of the comprehensive evaluation system known as “360 degrees,” which enhances the objectivity of performance evaluation and involves citizens in the process.

Amzazi pointed out that the Souss-Massa region and Agadir Ida Outanane province have become a national economic hub thanks to royal care, emphasizing the importance of accelerating industrial development in the region by establishing modern industrial platforms such as the Alliopolis Complex and the Industrial Acceleration Zone.
